Natalie Dunauskas, Human Resources/Benefits Coordinator

Natalie is the Human Resources/Benefits Coordinator at the Kenneth Rainin Foundation. She administers and provides key support for a full range of human resource services.

Natalie previously worked as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant at the Rainin Group, a company established by Kenneth Rainin. When the Foundation began operations in 2009, Natalie’s position grew to provide daily operations support for both the Rainin Foundation and the Rainin Group. In 2013, she was appointed Office Coordinator and in 2015 advanced to her current role. Natalie is originally from Belarus and speaks Russian. She loves cooking, African and Latin dancing and the adventure of trying new things.

Natalie holds an AS in Accounting from Chabot College and is continuing her education towards a BS in Human Resource Management from California State University, East Bay.
