Elaine Daniels is a System Administrator and Helpdesk Specialist for the Kenneth Rainin Foundation. She ensures the Foundation’s computer systems are running optimally through daily management, troubleshooting, and identification of potential system issues.
Elaine has over 15 years of Information Technology and software application support experience in the financial sector. Prior to the Rainin Foundation, she worked in fast-paced environments to maintain working computer systems and conducted equipment audits for the Bank of Montreal Capital Markets, Charles Schwab and Wells Fargo. As a seasoned help desk technician, she provided software troubleshooting, hardware repair and procurement for various departments. She loves playing the ukulele and saxophone and cooking new foods.
