Natalie Dunauskas is the Human Resources Generalist at the Kenneth Rainin Foundation. She administers and provides key support for a full range of human resource services.
While pursuing her education, Natalie joined the Rainin Team in 2006 as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant at the Rainin Group, a company established by Kenneth Rainin. When the Foundation began operations in 2009, Natalie’s position grew to provide daily operations support for both the Rainin Foundation and the Rainin Group. While working at Rainin, Natalie advanced her career and found her passion in Human Resources (HR). Working behind the scenes in the HR Department, Natalie enjoys supporting Foundation staff with their daily needs.
Natalie holds a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from California State University, East Bay.
Natalie is originally from Belarus and she’s fluent in Russian and English. She is passionate about supporting youth in foster care and opened her home to teens and tweens as a resource parent. As part of this journey, Natalie enjoys exploring new things and offering new experiences to children in her care.
