Natalie Dunauskas is the Human Resources Generalist at the Kenneth Rainin Foundation. She coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department.
While pursuing her education, Natalie joined the Rainin Team in 2006 as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant at the Rainin Group, a company established by Kenneth Rainin. When the Foundation began operations in 2009, Natalie’s position grew to provide daily operations support for both the Rainin Foundation and the Rainin Group. While working at Rainin, Natalie advanced her career and found her passion in HR. Working behind the scenes in the HR Department, Natalie enjoys supporting Foundation staff with their daily needs.
Natalie holds a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from California State University, East Bay.
Natalie is originally from Belarus and is fluent in Russian and English. She is passionate about supporting youth in foster care and opened her home to teens as a resource parent. As part of this journey, she enjoys exploring new things and offering children in her care new experiences. Natalie is also a Member at Large of the Family and Children’s Trust Committee (FACT) for Contra Costa County. The committee provides funding recommendations to the Board of Supervisors around child abuse and neglect prevention, treatment and family support services.
