For an enhanced red bag rotation program and community literacy that supports preschool and transitional kindergarten children and their families.

To provide an early literacy program in Oakland health clinics and expand programming to include infants birth to 6 months.

To reduce early disparities in literacy development for Oakland students by offering in-school literacy tutoring.
