Our lab pioneered the development of microfluidic and biophysical technologies, which enable ultrasensitive, quantitative biomarker measurements and provide tools to control and understand the dynamics of complex chemical and biological networks. We are applying these technologies to develop rapid diagnostics of antimicrobial susceptibility, and to understand host-microbe interactions that may lead to new therapeutics.
