Researchers at any career level and from any sector can submit an abstract to present their own findings in a digital poster session.

Dates & Deadlines

March 31, 2026

Submit an abstract and apply for a Travel Award by March 31 to share your research in a digital poster session at the Innovations Symposium.

April 17, 2026

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. The Rainin Foundation will contact you within two weeks of your submission. Everyone will hear back by April 17 to confirm selection for a digital poster session and Travel Award.

June 26, 2026

Registration closes for the 2026 Innovations Symposium on June 26. Make sure to register for the Symposium in addition to submitting an abstract. If you are applying for a Travel Award, please wait to register for the event until you have heard back from the Rainin Foundation.
