The Reading League will continue its work as a nationally recognized advocate and capacity builder for literacy policy. The organization will provide technical assistance for educator preparation programs ensuring they align with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing’s new Teacher Preparation Expectations, lead public messaging campaigns and develop resources for policymakers, advocates and practitioners.
The Kenneth Rainin Foundation enhances quality of life by championing the arts, promoting early childhood literacy, and supporting research to cure chronic disease.
